abilities. This is a treatment that is most beneficial if done in a

Polarity Therapy is a form of energy work.
It is a holistic natural health care system that balances life energy in the
body. Results often felt are relief

anxiety, emotional distress, migraines, chronic fatigue, restless leg syndrome,

Reflexology

This
is a gentle form of therapeutic treatment applied to the feet. It is
believed that there are reflex areas on the feet corresponding to all the parts
of the body including major organs. We will start with a ten minute foot
soak and rub followed by applied pressure to specific areas on the feet which
will affect internal organs and body systems, and therefore promote good health.

Body Salt Glow

Mineral rich sea salts with natural kelp, aromatic essential oils, spices, and
skin smoothing enzymes are used to exfoliate your skin making it
ultra smooth.
Chamomile
Body Masque 60 minutes - $50
A gentle body masque that is enriched with natural botanical plant extracts.
It soothes and heals sensitized skin making it excellent for irritated,
dehydrated and damaged skin, also recommended for after sun exposure. The
masque will be applied following a dry brushing then you will have
a few moments to relax. A warm shower will rinse away the masque and
a silky moisturizer will be applied.
Seaweed Body Wrap

Detoxify, exfoliate and nourish your body with a purifying seaweed and mineral
mud sealed in a warm relaxing wrap. Infused with aromatic
botanical extracts and fruit enzymes, this treatment will leave your skin soft
and supple, and leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.
Indian
Sunset Body Wrap

We begin in a warm room, soft lights and
music. A quick dry brush of the body is followed by the application of
warm Sedona mud, a rich clay from
the southwest.
Enjoy twenty minutes of stress-free quiet while the mud activates. A
shower removes the impurities, followed by a self application
of
beautifully scented moisturizer.
